Common use of Registers Open for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Registers Open for Inspection. The registers referred to in Section 2.9 shall be open for inspection by the Corporation, the Trustee or any Holder. Every registrar, including the Trustee, shall from time to time when requested so to do by the Corporation or by the Trustee, in writing, furnish the Corporation or the Trustee, as the case may be, with a list of names and addresses of holders of registered Warrants entered on the register kept by them and showing the principal amount of the Warrants held by each such holder, provided the Trustee shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee to provide such a list. The Corporation with the approval of the Trustee may at any time close any register for Warrants, other than those kept at the Corporate Trust Office, and transfer the registration of any Warrants registered thereon to another register (which may be an existing register) and thereafter such Warrants shall be deemed to be registered on such other register. Notice of such transfer shall be given to the holders of such Warrants.
