Common use of Registers Open for Inspection Clause in Contracts

Registers Open for Inspection. The registers referred to in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 shall, subject to applicable law, at all reasonable times be open for inspection by the Issuer, the Debenture Trustees or any Holder. Every Registrar, including the Debenture Trustees, shall from time to time when requested in writing to do so by the Issuer or by the Debenture Trustees, furnish the Issuer or the Debenture Trustees, as the case may be, with a list of names and addresses of Holders of registered Debentures entered on the register kept by them and showing the principal amount and serial numbers of the Debentures held by each such Holder.
