Common use of Registrant and Administrative Contact Email Addresses Clause in Contracts

Registrant and Administrative Contact Email Addresses. The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that XXXX notices to the Registrant will be sent by email only, as set forth in Section 10.1 (Notices). It is solely the responsibility of the Registrant to ensure that the email addresses of the Registrant and its Administrative Contact are at all times functional and accurate and to make arrangements with its Administrative Contact to receive any notices that are sent by XXXX only to the Registrant’s Administrative Contact. If XXXX can show that a notice was sent to either the Registrant or the Registrant’s Administrative Contact email addresses, XXXX shall not be liable to the Registrant or any third party for damages arising from a failure to receive notice from XXXX.
