Common use of Registrant Controls Clause in Contracts

Registrant Controls. The Company may decline to file a Registration Statement after giving notice to any Holder, or withdraw a Registration Statement after filing and after such notice, but prior to the effectiveness thereof, provided that such registrant shall promptly notify each Holder of Registrable Securities in writing of any such action and provided further that such registrant shall bear all reasonable expenses incurred by such Holder of Registrable Securities or otherwise in connection with such withdrawn Registration Statement.
