Registrant's Responsibility. It is the Registrant's obligation and responsibility to ensure that all Registration Information, as defined in the Registration Agreement, is up-to-date, complete and accurate. Any update of Registration Information must be done through the completion of the appropriate template and submission to the BermudaNIC Registry. The Registrant contact information must at all times include an address in Bermuda. Failure to provide such an update may result in the revocation or suspension of the Domain Name.
