Registrar and Paying Agent; Transfer and Exchange. The Notes shall be subject to the provisions set forth in Sections 2.3 and 2.6 of the Base Indenture governing (i) payment of principal, premium, if any, and interest on the Notes, (ii) registration of transfer or exchange and (iii) maintenance of an office or agency where Notes may be presented for payment.
