Common use of Registrar Obligations Clause in Contracts

Registrar Obligations. The Registrant acknowledges that the Registrar of Record has a number of obligations to XXXX, and should the Registrar fail to comply with such obligations, XXXX may require the Registrant to change such Registrar of Record to a new Registrar.

Registrar Obligations. The Registrant acknowledges that the Registrant’s Registrar of Record has a number of obligations to XXXX, and should the Registrar fail to comply with such obligations, XXXX may require reject all transactions requested by the Registrar including those which could affect the Registrant’s Domain Name Registrations. In such an event, notice shall be given to the Registrant, and the Registrant to change shall be responsible for changing such Registrant’s Registrar of Record to a new Registrar.
