Accessing the Website and Account Security We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website and any service or material we provide on the Website in our sole discretion without notice. Registration Data Upon placing an order for Pilot Voice, and at subsequent times as requested by Pilot, Customer agrees to provide Pilot with its (i) true, accurate, current, and complete business name, (ii) physical addresses where Voice Service will be used, (iii) 911 registered address for each applicable endpoint, (iv) a designated Account Administrator, and (v) user email addresses, phone numbers, and any other requested data which may be necessary to administer its Voice Service account (the “Account”) (collectively, “Registration Data”). Customer represents and warrants that the information it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the information if it changes. If Customer provides Registration Data that is false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, Pilot has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Voice Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Voice Services by Customer, its business(es), affiliates and all users of its Account. Upon provision of all Registration Data and acceptance of Customer’s Service Order, Pilot may provide Customer’s designated Account Administrator and other Pilot Voice users with, as applicable, administrator or user web portal logins and other Account information. Customer is solely liable for any transactions or activities by it or any third- party that occurs on its Account. Customer shall immediately notify Pilot of any unauthorized use of its Account or if any other breach of security has occurred. In no event shall Pilot be liable for any unauthorized, third-party use of your Account.
USER REGISTRATION You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
DIR Registration California Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires the Contractor and all subcontractors performing Public Works services to be currently registered with the DIR, as specified in California Labor Code Section 1725.5. California Labor Code Section 1771.1 provides that a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal (subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the California Public Contract Code), or engage in the performance of any contract for Public Work, unless currently registered and qualified to perform Public Work in accordance with California Labor Code Section 1725.5. The above summary is provided solely for informational purposes and does not in any way affect the Contractor’s and subcontractors’ obligation to comply in all respects with all other applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall disseminate these provisions to all subcontractors. Before the performance of work by Contractor or any subcontractor(s) under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish Contractor’s and any subcontractors’ current DIR registration number(s). The Contractor’s current DIR registration number and the current DIR registration number of all subcontractors will be listed on the Subcontractor and LBE Participation Verification Form, incorporated herein.
LETTERS OF REPRIMAND AND ACCESS TO FILES 9.01 Any letter of reprimand or suspension will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt by the employee of such letter or suspension provided that the employee’s record has been discipline free for such eighteen (18) month period. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days will not count towards the eighteen (18) month period.
Account Security User agrees and acknowledges that to the extent applicable, it will: (i) maintain strict confidentiality of all names, passwords, or other credentials of User’s Authorized End Users; (ii) instructing its Authorized End Users not to allow others to obtain or use their credentials or to access the Software. User is responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to unauthorized use or access through User’s Authorized End Users’ account credentials or systems.
Certificate Account; Security Distributions On or before the issuance of the Lower Tier Classes, Xxxxxx Xxx shall either (i) open with an Eligible Depository one or more trust accounts in the name of the Trustee of the Lower Tier REMIC that shall collectively be the “Certificate Account,” (ii) in lieu of maintaining any such account or accounts, maintain the Certificate Account by means of appropriate entries on its books and records designating all amounts credited thereto in respect of the Mortgage Securities and all investments of any such amounts as being held by it in its capacity as Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Lower Tier Classes or (iii) maintain the Certificate Account in the form of any combination of accounts or book entries described in clauses (i) and (ii) above. Any manner or manners in which the Certificate Account is maintained may at any time be changed without notice to, or the approval of, Holders of the Lower Tier Classes so long as funds held in the Lower Tier REMIC by, or for the account of, the Trustee shall at all times be identified. To the extent that the Certificate Account is maintained by the Trustee in the manner provided for in clause (ii) above, all references herein to deposits and withdrawals from the Certificate Account shall be deemed to refer to credits and debits to the related books of the Trustee. Xxxxxx Mae shall deposit in the Certificate Account all Security Distributions received by it as Trustee hereunder. All Security Distributions deposited from time to time in the Certificate Account, all investments made with such moneys, including all income or other gain from such investments, shall be held by the Trustee in the Certificate Account as part of the Lower Tier REMIC as herein provided, subject to withdrawal by Xxxxxx Xxx for the purposes set forth in Section 4.05.
Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-‐to-‐date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
Publication of Registration Data Registry Operator shall provide public access to registration data in accordance with Specification 4 attached hereto (“Specification 4”).
