Common use of Registration and Accountability Clause in Contracts

Registration and Accountability. The Coalition agrees to comply with 2 CFR Parts 25 and 170, and to maintain a current registration in the federal System for Award Management (“XXX”) database (xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov), formally known as the Central Contractor Registration under 2 CFR §176.50(c), and provide the City with its XXX registration number and legal name as entered into the XXX. A Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx) is required for registration in XXX. The Coalition shall also complete and sign the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (“FFATA”) Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit “G” in conjunction with its execution of this Agreement, and provide any supporting documentation if required.
