Common use of Registration and Accountability Clause in Contracts

Registration and Accountability. The Project Sponsor agrees to comply with 2 CFR Parts 25 and 170, and to maintain a current registration in the federal System for Award Management (“XXX”) database (xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov), formally known as the Central Contractor Registration under 2 CFR § 176.50(c), and provide the Agent with its XXX registration number and legal name as entered into the XXX. A Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx) or Unique Entity ID (UEI) number is required for registration in XXX. The Project Sponsor shall also complete and sign the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (“FFATA”) Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit “E” in conjunction with its execution of this Contract, and provide any supporting documentation if required.

The Agent shall also ensure that the Project Sponsor completes and signs a FFATA Affidavit which shall be attached to its contract with the Project Sponsor.
