Common use of Registration and Admission Clause in Contracts

Registration and Admission. Applicants will be considered as candidates for Admission to the School when the School receives a Registration Form completed by the Parents together with payment of the non-returnable Registration Fee (as stated on the Registration Form). Admission will be subject to the availability of a place and the Student and the Parents satisfying the admission requirements at the relevant time (as detailed in the Admissions Policy). Admission occurs when the Parents complete the Acceptance Form to accept the offer of a place and pay the Acceptance Deposit (see clause 3.3). Each person with Parental Responsibility for the Student is required to sign the Acceptance Form.
