Common use of Registration and Admission Clause in Contracts

Registration and Admission. Applicants will be considered as candidates for Admission and Entry to the College when the registration form has been completed and returned to Us and the non-returnable Registration Fee paid. Admission will be subject to the availability of a place and the Pupil and the Parents satisfying the admission requirements at the relevant time. The admissions requirements are set out in the College's Admissions Policy which is published on the College's website. Admission occurs when the Parents accept the offer of a place. Entry occurs on the date when the Pupil attends the College for the first time under these terms and conditions.
