Common use of Registration and Filing of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Registration and Filing of this Agreement. To the extent, if any, that either Party concludes in good faith that it or the other Party is required to file or register this Agreement or a notification thereof with any Governmental Authority, including without limitation the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Competition Directorate of the Commission of the European Communities or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, in accordance with Law, such Party shall inform the other Party thereof. Should both Parties jointly agree that either of them is required to submit or obtain any such filing, registration or notification, they shall cooperate, each at its own expense, in such filing, registration or notification and shall execute all documents reasonably required in connection therewith. In such filing, registration or notification, the Parties shall request confidential treatment of sensitive provisions of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by Law. The Parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such Governmental Authority relating to this Agreement, and shall reasonably cooperate to respond to any request for further information there from on a timely basis.

The Parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such Governmental Regulatory Authority relating to this Agreement, and shall reasonably cooperate to respond to any request for further information there from therefrom on a timely basis.

The Parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such Governmental Authority relating to this Agreement, and shall reasonably cooperate to respond to any request for further information there from therefrom on a timely basis.

Registration and Filing of this Agreement. To the extent, if any, that either a Party concludes in good faith that it or the other Party is required under applicable Laws to file or register this Agreement or a notification thereof with any Governmental Authority, including without limitation the U.S. US Securities and Exchange Commission, the Competition Directorate of the Commission of the European Communities FTC or the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, in accordance with LawDOJ, such Party may do so; provided that such Party shall inform provide the other Party thereof. Should both Parties jointly agree that either with a written copy of them is required all proposed filings, registrations or notifications within such time frame as to submit or obtain any allow for a reasonably sufficient time for review and comment by the other Party prior to the submission of such proposed filing, registration or notification, they . The other Party shall cooperate, each at its own expense, in cooperate with such filing, registration or notification and shall execute all documents reasonably required in connection therewith. In such filing, registration or notificationTo the extent permitted by applicable Law, the Parties shall will request confidential treatment of sensitive provisions of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by Law. The Parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such Governmental Authority relating to this Agreement, Agreement and shall reasonably cooperate to respond to any request for further information there from on a timely basistherefrom. Each Party shall be responsible for its own legal and other external costs in connection with any such filings, registrations or notifications.

In such filing, registration or notification, the Parties shall request confidential treatment of sensitive provisions of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by Law. The Parties shall promptly inform each other as to the activities or inquiries of any such Governmental Authority relating to this Agreement, and shall reasonably cooperate to respond to any request for further information there from on a timely basis.
