Registration and FilingsRegistration and Filings. The Lessor shall, at the Lessor's cost: a. not do or suffer to be done anything which might reasonably be expected to adversely affect the registration of the Aircraft with the Aviation Authority; and b. do all acts and things (including making any filing or registration with the Aviation Authority or any other Government Entity) as may be required following any change in the ownership of the Aircraft.
