Registration and FilingsRegistration and Filings. The Lessee shall: a. not do or suffer to be done anything that might reasonably be expected to adversely affect the registration of the Aircraft with the Aviation Authority or any filing necessary with the DGAC (to the extent that such is the Lessee's, and not the Lessor's, obligation under applicable law), or the title or interest of Lessor and the security interest of any Lessor Lender in the Aircraft and this Agreement; b. do all acts and things (including making any filing or registration with the Aviation Authority, the DGAC or any other Government Entity) and executing and delivering all documents (including any amendment of this Agreement) as may be reasonably required by the Lessor: i. following any change or proposed change in the ownership or financing of the Aircraft (but, in each case, at the Lessor's cost); or ii. following any modification of the Aircraft, any Engine or any Part or the permanent replacement of any Engine or Part in accordance with this Agreement, so as to ensure that the rights of the Lessor under this Agreement apply with the same effect as before; or iii. to establish, maintain, preserve, perfect and protect the rights of the Lessor under this Agreement; and c. within thirty (30) days after the Delivery Date, cause a notarized copy of this Agreement, together with certified Spanish translation of this Agreement, to be filed with the DGAC and deliver a certified copy of such filing to the Lessor.
