Common use of Registration and Form Clause in Contracts

Registration and Form. The Securities shall be issuable as registered securities as provided in Section 2.03 of this Article II. The form of the Securities shall be as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Securities shall be issued and may be transferred only in minimum denomination of $[*] and integral multiples of $[*] in excess thereof. All payments of principal, Redemption Price, any purchase price relating to a Change of Control Offer and accrued unpaid interest in respect of the Securities shall be made by the Company as set forth in the Securities.
