REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE OF MOTOR VEHICLES OR PRESCRIBED GOODS. (a) If the Equipment is a motor vehicle, the Customer shall have and keep at its own cost the same duly registered at all times as required by any relevant law in the name of the Customer as if it were the owner and have and keep the same insured against third party risk to the extent required by law by a policy insuring to the benefit of both parties hereto.
