Common use of Registration and Listing Clause in Contracts

The Company shall use its reasonable best efforts to continue the listing or trading of its Common Stock on the OTC Bulletin Board or any successor market. The Company will promptly file any required "Listing Application" for, or in connection with, the issuance and delivery of the Shares and the Warrant Shares.
