Registration and Notarization of Pledge. 4.1 At the request of the Pledgee, within three (3) business days after the pledge is registered in the Shareholders’ Registry, the Pledgors shall make reasonable efforts to cause the Domestic Co, with the assistance of reasonably reputable professional firm and at the Pledgee’s expense, to register, or cause to file and register, the pledge hereunder with the relevant industrial and commercial registration authority (the “Registration Authority”).
