REGISTRATION AND RECORDATION. Except for (a) the registration of the Aircraft with the FAA pursuant to the Act in the name of Owner (and the periodic renewal of such registration with the FAA prior to its expiration), (b) the filing with the FAA of the AC Forms 8050-135 with respect to the sale of the Airframe and Engines to Owner and the International Interests (or Prospective International Interests) granted under the Trust Indenture thereon and the filing with the FAA for recordation (and recordation) of the FAA Filed Documents, (c) the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) in, and the sale to the Owner of, the Airframe and Engines with the International Registry, (d) the filing of the Financing Statements (and continuation statements relating thereto at periodic intervals), and (e) the affixation of the nameplates referred to in Section 4.02(f) of the Trust Indenture, no further action, including any filing or recording of any document (including any financing statement in respect thereof under Article 9 of the UCC) is necessary in order to establish and perfect Mortgagee’s security interest in the Aircraft as against Owner and any other Person, in each case, in any applicable jurisdictions in the United States.
