Common use of Registration and Selling Expenses Clause in Contracts

Registration and Selling Expenses. All expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the Company's performance of or compliance with this Article II, including, without limitation, (i) all Commission registration and filing fees, (ii) blue sky fees and expenses, (iii) all necessary printing and duplicating expenses and (iv) all fees and disbursements of counsel and accountants retained on behalf of the Company, will be paid by the Company. Each Holder may, at its election, retain its own counsel and other representatives and advisors as it chooses at its own expense.
