Registration and Transfer of Warrants. The Company will cause to be kept a register for the registration and transfer of the Holders’ rights under this Warrant. The person in whose name this Warrant is so registered will be deemed and treated as the owner and holder thereof for all purposes of this Warrant, and the Company will not be affected by any notice or knowledge to the contrary.
