Common use of Registration and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Registration and Transfer. (a) The Registrar shall cause to be kept a Note Register (the "Note Register") in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Issuer shall provide for the registration of the Notes and the registration of transfers and exchanges of Notes as herein provided. The Global Agent shall be the "Registrar" for the purpose of registration and transfers of Notes as herein provided. The Note Register shall contain the name, address and remittance instructions for each Holder of a Note.
