Registration at Stockholders' Request. Upon the written request of any Significant Stockholder requesting that ATC effect the registration under the Securities Act of all or part of the Registrable Securities held by such Stockholder, specifying the intended method or methods of disposition of such Registrable Securities, ATC shall, except to the extent not required to do so pursuant to the provisions of this Section 1(b) or Section 1(d) or (e), promptly (and in any event within five (5) business days) give written notice of such requested registration to all holders of Registrable Securities and thereupon will expeditiously prepare and, within forty-five (45) days, use its reasonable business efforts to file under the Securities Act a registration statement and effect the registration of:
