Common use of Registration Books Clause in Contracts

Registration Books. The Trustee shall keep or cause to be kept, at its Principal Corporate Trust Office, sufficient records for the registration and registration of transfer of the Certificates, which shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by the Town and the Authority during regular business hours on any Business Day with reasonable prior notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Trustee shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on the Registration Books, Certificates as hereinbefore provided.
