Registration by Buyer. If buyer chooses to complete the AKC registration process, buyer agrees to use Xxxxxxx’s Kennel name, Xxxx Hollow, in puppy/dog’s registered name.
Registration by Buyer. Buyer shall register the puppy/dog with AKC. Buyer agrees to (a) use Breeder’s kennel name when registering the puppy/dog, (b) include the litter theme in selecting the puppy/dog’s registered name and (c) provide Breeder a photocopy of the puppy/dog’s AKC registration as promptly as possible after receipt. Buyer will not change the puppy/dog’s registration name without Breeder’s prior written consent and will never remove the kennel suffix from the puppy/dog’s registration name.
Registration by Buyer. Buyer shall register the puppy/dog with AKC Buyer agrees to use Breeder’s kennel name (Inman Fields) when registering the puppy/dog. Buyer will not change the puppy/dog’s registration name without Breeder’s prior written consent and will never remove the kennel prefix from the puppy/dog’s registration name. Unauthorized Breeding. The puppy/dog is being sold solely as a companion and breeding of the puppy/dog is expressly prohibited. Breeder’s Obligations. Breeder represents and warrants the following: Ownership. Breeder is the lawful co- owner of the puppy/dog solely for the right to repossess the puppy/dog for breach of contract confirmed in court. Vet fees/transportation is covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer also agrees that this puppy/dog will not be registered with any other Kennel Club or organization such as the Continental Kennel Club (CKC), America’s Pet Registry, Inc, (APRI), American Canine Association (ACA), American Canine Registry (ACR), or any other such registry.
