Registration Expenses and Selling Expenses. (a) Subject to subsection 2.2(e), the Corporation shall be responsible for all Registration Expenses. (b) Each of the Corporation and the Holders shall be responsible for the Selling Expenses on any Demand Registration or Piggy Back Registration in proportion to their respective amounts of Common Shares sold in any such offering.
