Registration of Adviser. The Adviser is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Advisers Act. The Adviser shall remain so registered throughout the term of this Agreement and shall notify the Fund immediately if the Adviser ceases to be so registered as an investment adviser.
