Registration of Assets. Assets held by the Custodian, its agents or any Sub-custodian (other than bearer securities, securities held in a Securities System or securities that are Noteless Loans or Participations) shall be registered in the name of the Custodian for the benefit of the Fund or a Subsidiary; or, at the option of the Custodian, in the name of the Custodian or in the name of any nominee of the Custodian or any nominee of any Sub-custodian, or in the name of its agents or any Sub-custodian or their nominees; or if directed by the Fund by Proper Instructions, may be maintained in Street Name. The Custodian, its agents and any Sub-custodian shall not be obligated to accept Assets on behalf of the Fund or a Subsidiary under the terms of this Agreement unless such Assets are in the name of the Custodian for the benefit of the Fund or a Subsidiary, Street Name or other good deliverable form as determined in the Custodian’s sole discretion.
