Registration of Certain Shares. Promptly, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Time, Parent shall file registration statements with the SEC with respect to the initial issuance of the shares of Parent Common Stock subject to Company Stock Options. Parent shall use reasonable commercial efforts to have such registration statements declared effective promptly after filing (to the extent such registration statements are not automatically effective upon filing).
