Within 21 calendar days of the date of creating the Funding 1 Security Funding 1 undertakes to file (or to procure that a filing is made) with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to the provisions of Chapter I of Part XII of the Companies Xxx 0000 a duly completed Form 395 in respect of itself together with the required registration fee and an executed copy of this Deed.
