Common use of Registration of International Interest Clause in Contracts

Registration of International Interest. Lessor will not discharge or consent to the discharge of the registration of an international interest with regard to the Airframe or the Engines unless: (i) the leasing of the Aircraft has been terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; or (ii) the Lessor is pursuing remedies following the occurrence of an Event of Default, or (iii) such discharge is necessary in order to effect a transfer of the Aircraft in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
