Within 21 calendar days of the date of this Second Supplemental Issuer Deed of Charge the Issuer undertakes to file (or to procure that a filing is made) with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to the provisions of Section 860 of the Companies Xxx 0000 a duly completed Form MG01 in respect of itself together with the required registration fee and an executed copy of this Second Supplemental Issuer Deed of Charge.
