Within 21 calendar days of the date of creating the Issuer Security the Issuer undertakes to file (or to procure that a filing is made) with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1 of Part XII of the Companies Xxx 0000 a duly completed Form 395 in respect of itself together with the required registration fee and an executed copy of this Deed.
