Common use of Registration of License Clause in Contracts

Registration of License. COMPANY, at its expense, may register the license granted under this Agreement in any country of the Licensed Territory where the use, sale or manufacture of a Licensed Product in such country would be covered by a Valid Claim. Upon request by COMPANY, LICENSOR agrees promptly to execute any “short form” licenses submitted to it by COMPANY in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country.
