Common use of Registration of License Clause in Contracts

Registration of License. Triangle, at its expense, may register the license granted under this Agreement in any country of the Territory where the use, sale or manufacture of a Licensed Product in such country would be covered by a Valid Claim. Upon request by Triangle, Bukwang agrees promptly to execute any “short form” licenses submitted to it by Triangle reasonably necessary in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country.

Registration of License. Triangle, TRIANGLE at its expense, may register the license granted under this Agreement AGREEMENT in any country of the Territory TERRITORY where the use, sale or manufacture of a Licensed Product LICENSED PRODUCT in such country would be covered by a Valid ClaimVALID CLAIM. Upon request by TriangleTRIANGLE, Bukwang ARROW agrees to promptly to execute any “reasonable `short form” ' licenses submitted to it by Triangle reasonably necessary TRIANGLE in order to effect the foregoing registration in such country.
