Registration of Other Marks. Each Party hereby agrees that at no time during the Term will it or any of its Affiliates attempt to use or register any trademarks, domain names or trade names confusingly similar to the Trademark or any domain names containing the same, or take any other action with a view to damaging the rights or goodwill in the Trademark, in the Territory.
