Common use of REGISTRATION OF PLAN Clause in Contracts

REGISTRATION OF PLAN. 4.1 The Contract is conditional upon: (a) the Seller obtaining the Approvals on terms wholly satisfactory to the Seller; (b) registration of the Plan; (c) the creation of a separate title for the Land; and (d) the Seller becoming registered owner of the Land. DRAFT 4.2 Any or all of the above subclauses may be waived by the Seller. 4.3 If a separate title for the Land has not been created by the Sunset Date, either party may terminate this Contract by written notice to the other and the Deposit will be refunded in full to the Buyer. The Buyer will have no Claim against the Seller upon receiving a refund of the Deposit.
