REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY INTERESTS. Upon the request of Mobridge, Laronde shall assist Mobridge to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, Laronde shall further provide Mobridge with such recordable documents as Mobridge and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Claim.
REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY INTERESTS. Upon the request of TAMARACK, RAVEN shall assist TAMARACK to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, RAVEN shall further provide TAMARACK with such recordable documents as TAMARACK and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Claims.

Upon the request of Heritage, Blake shall assist Heritage to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, Blake shall further provide Heritage with such recordable documents as Heritage and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Property.

Upon the request of Boss, the Optionors shall assist Boss to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, the Optionors shall further provide Boss with such recordable documents as Boss and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Claims.

Upon the request of New Pacific, Xxxxxx shall assist New Pacific to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, Xxxxxx shall further provide New Pacific with such recordable documents as New Pacific and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Property.

Upon the request of Stonechurch, Forbes shall assist Stonechurch to record this Agreement with the appropriate mining recorder and, when required, Forbes shall further provide Stonechurch with such recordable documents as Stonechurch and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Claim.
REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY INTERESTS. The parties shall execute and deliver such additional documentation as legal counsel for the parties determines is necessary in order to duly register and record in the appropriate registration and recording offices notice that CORTXX'x Xxxerest is subject to and bound by the terms of this Agreement.
