Common use of Registration of Rights Clause in Contracts

Registration of Rights. (1) The Corporation shall cause a register (the "Rights Register") to be kept after the Separation Time in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Corporation shall provide for the registration of the Rights. The Rights Agent is hereby appointed "Rights Registrar" for the purpose of maintaining the Rights Register for the Corporation and registering the Rights and the transfers and exchanges of the Rights as herein provided. If the Rights Agent ceases to be the Rights Registrar, the Rights Agent shall have the right to examine the Rights Register at all reasonable times.
