Common use of Registration of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Registration of the Agreement. This Agreement and any amendment thereto shall be registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization and the United Nations Secretariat, in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, following its entry into force. The other Party shall be informed of registration as soon as this has been confirmed by the Secretariats of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the United Nations.
