REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. Clause 17.1: The Scriptcase is registered on a single computer and can be accessed using an http browser from others.
REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. TiGenix shall have the right (but not the obligation), at its cost, to record with any and all of the relevant intellectual property (including, patent) offices, TiGenix deems appropriate, throughout the Territory, the rights and obligations under this Agreement, and MSB shall reasonably assist TiGenix in connection therewith, at TiGenix’s cost; for the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 4.(g) alters MSB’s obligations under Section 4.(f).
REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. The REGION and the UNIVERSITY shall register the license and pay the costs resulting form this registration.

REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. 2.7.1 Each of the Parties shall have the right to have the License registered, if such registration is possible under the laws of the country for which the License has been granted. Each Party shall execute any and all documents necessary for said registration. The cost of registration shall be borne by the Party requesting the registration.
REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. 4.00 As sole licensing agent for the Patents, Licensee shall be entitled to register notice of this License at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and any other foreign patent office if such registration is permissible under the law of the applicable country or countries.

Licensors undertake to file the License with the competent Chinese government authorities for recordal pursuant to the applicable PRC regulations after the execution of this Agreement. Licensors further undertake to execute any and all such further documents and take any and all such further actions as may be required to complete the aforesaid filing of the License, with assistance as may be reasonably requested from the Licensee.
REGISTRATION OF THE LICENSE. In the event that NEC wishes to register the license set forth in Section 2 above, both Parties will apply to the Japanese Patent Office at NEC’s expense for the registration of such license under the Japanese Trademark Law.
