Common use of Registration of the Note Clause in Contracts

Registration of the Note. The Company shall register the Note upon records to be maintained by the Company for that purpose (the “Note Register”) in the name of each record holder thereof from time to time. The Company may deem and treat the registered Holder of this Note as the absolute owner hereof for the purpose of any conversion hereof or any payment of interest or Principal hereon, and for all other purposes, absent actual notice to the contrary.
