Registration of the Security. 5.2 The Lender shall, at the Borrower’s expense, register, file, record and give notice of (or cause to be registered, filed, recorded and given notice of) the Security Documents in all offices and registries where such registration, filing, recording or giving notice is necessary or desirable for the perfection of the Encumbrance constituted thereby and to ensure that such Encumbrance is first ranking, subject only to the Permitted Encumbrances.
