Common use of REGISTRATION OF TITLE TO THE SHARES Clause in Contracts

REGISTRATION OF TITLE TO THE SHARES. The Mortgagor hereby agrees and authorises the Security Trustee to arrange for the Shares and any other Collateral to be registered at any time following the security constituted by this Deed becoming enforceable in the name of the Security Trustee or its nominee and (under the powers of enforcement contained herein) to transfer or cause the Collateral to be transferred to and registered in the name of any purchasers or transferees from the Security Trustee or its nominee and the Mortgagor undertakes from time to time to execute and sign all transfers, powers of attorney and other documents which the Security Trustee may require for perfecting its title to or, otherwise registering and transferring any part of the Collateral or for vesting the same in itself or its nominee or in any purchasers or transferees.
