Common use of Registration of Transfer and Exchange of Notes Clause in Contracts

Registration of Transfer and Exchange of Notes. (a) The Indenture Trustee shall cause to be kept a Note Register (the “Note Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Issuer shall provide for the registration of Notes and the registration of transfers and exchanges of Notes as herein provided.
