(a) The Company shall keep, or cause to be kept, at its principal place of business or at such other location designated by the Company, a register in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as the Company may prescribe, the registrar and transfer agent (the "Securities Registrar") shall register the Warrant Certificates and the transfers thereof as provided herein ("Securities Register"). The initial Securities Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Company.
