Registration of Transfer of Trust Beneficial Interest. (a) The Delaware Trustee or its agent (in this capacity, the "Registrar") shall maintain a register or registers for the Trust for the purpose of registering the transfer of the Trust Beneficial Interest (a "Securities Register"). (b) The Registrar shall not be required to register the transfer of the Trust Beneficial Interest in any manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the Indenture.
