Common use of Registration of Trust Securities Clause in Contracts

Registration of Trust Securities. The Registrar shall keep or cause to be kept a register for the Trust Securities issued hereunder (herein called the “Register”) in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Registrar shall provide for the registration of Trust Securities and of transfers and exchanges of Trust Securities as herein provided. The Register shall be in written form or capable of being converted into written form within a reasonable time. The Registrar shall record on the Register each Trust Security executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
