Registration of Warrant Certificates. The Company shall number and register the Warrant Certificates in a warrant register maintained by the Company as they are needed. The Company may deem and treat the registered holder(s) of the Warrant Certificates as the absolute owner(s) thereof for all purposes. Upon request by a Holder requesting such information for the purpose of obtaining a consent, waiver or other action of Holders, the Company will notify that Holder as to the identity and address of record of the other Holders.
